About Brenda
I have been admitted to the New York State Bar since 1989, and the California Bar since 2000. I have concentrated on the areas of Elder Law, Estate Planning and Administration, and Real Estate, representing clients in Nassau,
Suffolk and Queens counties.
As a solo practitioner, I provide one-to-one counseling to my clients from intake through the conclusion of a matter. The nature of my practice calls for genuine compassion and concern for my clients. I have travelled to clients’ homes, nursing homes and hospitals when needed. I pride myself on being accessible to my clients.
I am a member of the New York, Nassau and Suffolk County Bar Associations, Gerontology Professionals of New York, and Nassau Senior Umbrella Network. I am a past board member of Make a Wish Foundation of Suffolk County. I have volunteered at the Wellness Community, the Ventura County Bar Association, the Special Olympics and the Make a Wish Foundation of Suffolk County
